As a Software System Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, development, troubleshooting and enhancement of complex systems software. You will drive AI Agent and Data Engineering initiatives, support workflow automation, and deliver reliable software solutions while ensuring quality, scalability and business impact.

You will:

• Lead or participate in the complete systems software development lifecycle including research, design, development, testing, security, maintenance and enhancements.
• Design and develop software solutions across Windows, Linux and complex multi-threaded environments for security platforms, embedded devices and enterprise applications.
• Drive AI Agent development, Data Engineering solutions and workflow automation initiatives across the organization.
• Implement new features, performance improvements and software corrections to improve reliability, scalability and usability.
• Review requirements, specifications and designs; develop and execute quality and performance assurance plans.
• Gather business requirements, support product definition, prioritize features and conduct customer usability and competitive analysis.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to end-user and technical user guides.
• Support delivery of products within budget, schedule and quality expectations while maintaining development roadmaps and status communication.
• Drive innovation for future software products and protect intellectual property through appropriate legal and open-source governance practices.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in software development, systems architecture, operating systems and product development.
• Experience with Data Engineering, Context Engineering and AI Agent Development.
• Programming experience in C# and/or Python.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle management, quality assurance and technical documentation.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with embedded systems, firmware development and web development.
• Knowledge of delivery management and enterprise-scale software architectures.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
