Software System Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system level integration and verification.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive software verification and validation (V&V) test protocols to guarantee high reliability and sub-millimeter precision.
• Build automated test setups and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation frameworks to accelerate testing workflows.
• Ensure all software lifecycle processes and technical documentation comply with international medical device standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, control systems) and clinical specialists to drive seamless system releases.
• Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines.
• Support any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in related fields is required.
• Preferred at least 2 years of related fields experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and Python.
• Proficiency in use of AI tools
• Practical knowledge of medical device software development processes (IEC 62304) and risk management standards.
• Certified ISO 13485 internal auditor is preferred.
• Responsible, independent with strong problem-solving skills. Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Innovative and research minds are preferred
