• Responsible for e-Drive system requirement analysis & performance calculation.
• Responsible for tracking status about e-Drive system project & order.
• Responsible for e-Drive system change management.
• Responsible for e-Drive system trouble shooting.
• Responsible for e-Drive system PkoOidea **Deliverable Standard**
• On-Site Support in Hangzhou and Jinhua
• Complete the project e-Drive system requirement analysis & performance calculation;
• The project e-Drive system development delivery fulfill project milestone;
• Fulfil the product development requirement of change management, trouble shooting & Pko if have. Profile Requirement 任职资格 熟悉车辆e-Drive系统架构与性能计算 熟悉逆变器、电机及变速箱原理 熟悉e-Drive系统控制策略 具备NVH（噪声、振动与声振粗糙度）、EMC（电磁兼容性）及电磁学基础知识 熟悉相关标准（如GB/T 18488等） 良好的英语沟通能力 有大众合资企业（Vw JVs）或狼堡总部（WOB）工作经验者优先 持有大众PT驾照（VW PT License）者优先 1-3年电驱动硬件开发工作经验 **Qualification**
• Familiar with vehicle e-Drive system architecture & performance calculation.
• Familiar with inverter, motor & gear box principle.
• Familiar with e-drive system control strategy.
• Have basic knowledge about NVH, EMC & electromagnetism.
• Familiar with related standards (GB/T 18488.etc.)
• Good communication skill in English is plus.
• Experience in working with Vw JVs or WOB is preferred.
• Have VW PT license is preferred.
• 5~8 years working experience in E-Drive Hw development
