What they need
Perform End to End Test on NPI program from device and system level
Performs root-cause analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations
Work with business and development team to ensure traceability process is adequate
Work with engineering team on test planning documentation
Raise of all issues found during testing and to work with the Development and Integration Teams to track those issues until resolution
Candidate must have minimum a bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) field, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required
Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshooting, with an understanding of customer impact
Able to manage customer situations effectively and setting customer expectation appropriately
Good knowledge in PC skills
