Our challenge

Looking for a QA Engineer (Automation, Web Services Testing and ETL) to work with project teams to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Newark, DE is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Has to work with minimal supervision
• Performs SIT/End-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure business, technical, functional requirements are being me throughout the SDLC.
• Designs and Executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans to identify defects prior to production.
• May also include Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects.

Requirements:

• Need minimum 8+ years of experience in QA testing.
• knowledge and working experience on Agile testing Methodology.
• hands-on experience in Web Services testing including Soap UI/XML, REST/JSON,MQ and Unix.
• Experience on Frontend, ETL and Database testing, with extensive working experience inwriting and executing SQL queries
• 2+ years Selenium Automation experience
• Log validations experience or Files validations manually
• Unix commands experience

Skills Required: Selenium, Unix, SQL Putty, Soap UI, WinSCP App Watch MQ , Splunk, JBoss. Autosys, TOAD, HP ALM, JIRA.

Preferred, but not required:

• API testing
• Middleware MQ/Kafka testing
