• Perform end-to-end Card Lifecycle Testing, including Card Issuance, PIN Generation, Card Activation, Re-issuance, Hot-listing/Blocking, and Card Closure.
• Validate transaction flows for ATM, POS, E-commerce, and Contactless transactions across card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
• Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data exchange between the Card Management System (CMS), Payment Switches (IST, Base24, Authentic, etc.), and the Core Banking System (CBS).
• Verify Authorization (Auth) request and response messages, including response codes, routing logic, and transaction approvals/declines.
• Validate Clearing and Settlement processes, including batch file generation, reconciliation, and settlement reporting.
• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, ALM, or similar defect management tools, and collaborate with development and support teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites for cards and payments applications.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation activities to ensure quality delivery of card and payment solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and external payment network teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
