What they need
Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
Knowledge of Testing practices, Test plans, procedures, metrics etc.
Understanding of QMS and SDLC
Ability to understand code when needed
Good communication skills
Experience in either of web application testing, mobile application testing, general application testing
Primary skills: Manual Automation Testing, Web/Mobile/Application Testing, Test Planning Procedures, SDLC, QMS.
Secondary skills: Test Metrics, Basic Code Understanding, Testing Practices, Communication Skills.
B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 3 years of IT experience
Or
Any Graduate having 6 years of IT experienceHands-on experience in manual and automated testing
Knowledge of Testing practices, Test plans, procedures, metrics etc.
