About the role

We are seeking a Software Tester to join our team on a full-time basis in Bangkok. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will be responsible for identifying defects, validating functionality, and contributing to continuous improvement across our software development lifecycle. This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to delivering robust and user-friendly healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across healthcare applications
• Document and report defects clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate fixes
• Conduct performance and compatibility testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and contribute to the identification of process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of test results and provide reports on quality metrics and test coverage
• Support the establishment and adherence to quality standards and best practices within the team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar quality assurance role, ideally within the healthcare or technology sector
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar)
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
• Experience with API testing and knowledge of HTTP protocols
• Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements would be advantageous
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
