Software Tester

Swift Dynamics is seeking a Software Tester to design and execute comprehensive test cases, manage defects, maintain QA documentation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Test Case Design: Create comprehensive test cases and scripts covering both business and technical scenarios
• Test Execution: Perform manual testing, track defects, and ensure all issues are properly documented and communicated to the development team
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage
• Quality Assurance: Follow best practices and standards to maintain high-quality software delivery
• Develop and maintain project documents (e.g., UAT scripts, user manuals)
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including training sessions for end-users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 1–5 years of experience in IT (Quality Assurance), software testing, or related roles
• Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress
