Software Tester

Software Testing (Primary Role)

• Understand and analyze requirements to perform manual testing.
• Develop and execute test cases for various scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify functionality before product delivery.
• Analyze application logs to identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve product quality.
• Follow up on reported bugs and verify fixes.
• Stay updated with testing tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

Business Analyst (Supporting Role)

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support the preparation of BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of manual testing and SDLC.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, UI, and system testing.
• Ability to prepare test cases and document defects.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and business workflows.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt.
