Software Tester

• Analyze business and functional requirements, develop test plans, define test approaches, estimate testing efforts, prepare test cases, test data, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Execute manual testing, validate application functionality, document test results, log and report defects, perform retesting, and ensure compliance with testing standards and entry/exit criteria.
• Prepare testing progress reports, review testing deliverables, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, provide sign-offs, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of software testing experience in banking applications. Must have hands-on experience in automated testing, web application testing, and mobile application testing for banking applications.
• Must have experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect logs; proficiency in test management and defect tracking; strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, load, usability, and security) and experience testing Chatbot and eKYC applications are advantages.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
