Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for MEAN/MERN applications.

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile apps built with Angular, React, Node. js, and MongoDB .

• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger to validate backend services and integrations.

• Execute regression , sanity , and smoke testing across the software development lifecycle.

• Perform performance and load testing to ensure system stability and responsiveness.

• Log, track, and manage bugs using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla .

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure timely defect resolution.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for test strategies, test cases, and quality metrics.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to improving QA processes.

Required Experience Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs , MongoDB , and front-end frameworks like React and Angular .

• Experience in mobile app testing (Android/iOS).

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based teams.

• Prior experience in client communication and team collaboration is highly desirable.
