Job Title: Software Tester (Manual + Automation Testing)

Experience: 3+ Years Role OverviewWe are looking for a Software Tester with a balanced skill set in both manual and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality through structured manual testing and contributing to automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyse business and functional requirements

• Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, system, UAT)
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects with proper documentation
• Develop and maintain basic automation test scripts
• Execute automated test suites and analyse results
• Perform API testing and validate responses
• Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions
• Maintain test reports and ensure adequate test coverage Must have skills 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience in test case design and execution
• Working knowledge of Selenium WebDriver
• Basic programming knowledge in Java or C#
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Understanding of testing types:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• System Testing
• UAT
• Black Box Testing
• Good analytical and debugging skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Good to have skills Experience with TestNG / NUnit

• Exposure to automation framework development
• Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of MySQL / MSSQL
