Software Tester Intern

ROLE SUMMARY

Our ideal candidate will have excellent computer-aided design and drafting skills. This role requires a detail-oriented candidate as the design of roof layouts require careful and precise design and estimation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:

• To evaluate clients’ roofs and design suitable PV systems.
• To prepare roof layouts in line with the client’s requirements as well as the company and regulatory requirements.
• To ensure that all proposal layout requests are responded to in a timely manner.
• To Ensure all drawings created are documented in an organized manner.
• Able to understand information communicated and transfer them into actions.
• To innovate new methods to simplify and shorten the processes of the above tasks.
• Communicate with various departments to further understand and refine the above processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship period must be a minimum of 6 months.

Technical Skills – Must Have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Basic coding and programming skills.
• Basic knowledge of GitHub and version control.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
• Experience or familiarity with GitHub Copilot.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace/Suite.

Technical Skills – Good to Have

• Knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or similar design/drafting software.
