Software Tester / QA Engineer

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our product development team and work on enterprise applications including Mx-ERP Integrated ERP Solution and Electra HMIS Hospital Management Information System.

The candidate will be responsible for testing web-based enterprise applications, identifying defects, validating business workflows and ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke and UAT testing.
• Test web-based ERP/HMIS applications and business workflows.
• Identify, document and track software defects.
• Retest resolved defects and conduct regression testing.
• Validate data flow between different application modules.
• Perform database testing and data validation using SQL.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Test user roles, permissions, workflows, reports and validations.
• Work closely with developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Conduct release/build verification and production sanity testing.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Good logical and analytical ability.
• Ability to understand complex business processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with development teams.
• Candidates with experience in ERP, SaaS, HMIS or enterprise applications will be preferred.
