Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions, primarily Odoo ERP systems and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, identify issues, and maintain proper testing documentation to ensure our applications meet functional and quality standards. Knowledge of Odoo ERP and its business workflows will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and analyze functional workflows.
• Test Odoo ERP modules and mobile applications to ensure they function as expected.
• Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
• Maintain test cases, test reports, bug logs, and other testing documentation.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionalities continue to work correctly.
• Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to resolve issues.
• Ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of software before deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0.6–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and test case preparation.
• Ability to understand business processes and validate end-to-end workflows.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or Point of Sale (POS).
• Understanding of ERP business processes and functional workflows.
• Experience testing web applications and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and test management processes.
