Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Lead to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, preparing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring software quality before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve bugs and verify fixes.
• Review project requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Monitor testing progress and maintain QA documentation and reports.
• Support release validation and ensure applications meet quality standards.
• Coordinate testing activities and guide team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience in web and mobile application testing.
• Strong knowledge of test case preparation, defect reporting, and regression testing.
• Understanding of functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with development teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
