Software Testing Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Mobile Application Testing Intern to join our team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience testing mobile applications, identifying bugs, validating app functionality, and ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and operating systems.

You will work closely with developers and the product team to test real-world iOS and Android applications throughout the development and release process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of iOS and Android mobile applications
• Test new features and application updates before release
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
• Perform UI and usability testing
• Verify app navigation, buttons, forms, notifications, media, and other interactive elements
• Test application performance, stability, and basic compatibility
• Validate app behavior under different network conditions
• Test in-app purchases, subscriptions, notifications, and other app-specific features when required
• Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues
• Work closely with developers to communicate and verify bug fixes
• Assist in pre-release testing and final quality checks

Skills We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of Mobile Application Testing
• Knowledge of software testing concepts and QA processes
• Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, bug reporting, and regression testing
• Familiarity with iOS and Android applications
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify UI, functional, and usability issues
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn new testing tools and techniques

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, TestFlight or similar QA/testing tools is an advantage.
