Office Beacon is looking for a Software Trainer to join our team and help users confidently navigate software, understand key workflows, and get the most out of the platforms they use.

If you're someone who enjoys teaching, troubleshooting, and helping people solve problems, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Onboard users through calls and chat.
• Conduct training on software features, functions, and workflows.
• Create training videos, user manuals, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Upload and manage user data.
• Provide first-level help desk support.
• Respond to user concerns through calls, chats, and support tickets.
• Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate team.
• Document common issues and solutions for future reference.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• A patient, approachable, and solutions-oriented trainer mindset
• Previous experience in software onboarding, software training, or help desk support.
• Ability to create clear and easy-to-follow training materials.
• Comfortable handling calls, chats, support tickets.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain software processes and technical concepts in a simple, understandable way.
