You'll be the trusted advisor guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption, helping them confidently transition to Brevity and unlock the full value of the platform.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with customers, leadership, product teams, support specialists, and industry professionals while helping shape the future of our customer learning programs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging customer training and workshops
• Assist with software implementation and customer onboarding
• Support customers through go-live and adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement

What You'll Bring

• Experience in software implementations, training, customer success, or consulting
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach

Highly regarded: Experience in NDIS, disability, aged care, healthcare, or community services.
