**Job Description:**Profenaa Technologies is looking for a passionate, skilled, and industry-ready Mechanical CAD Trainer to train engineering students and job-seekers in core mechanical design software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in mechanical design tools and a deep interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Mentoring: Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Mechanical CAD/CAE software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, ANSYS, etc.) for students and professionals.
• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver industry-standard training modules covering 2D drafting, 3D modeling, assembly design, sheet metal, and simulations.
• Practical Hands-on Sessions: Guide students through real-time projects, practical exercises, and industry-oriented assignments.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress, conduct mock interviews, and assist them with technical project reviews and placement grooming.
• Doubt Clarification: Help students resolve software-related queries, installation issues, and technical challenges during lab hours.
• Up-to-date Knowledge: Stay updated with current industry standards, emerging engineering trends, and software updates.

Candidate Requirements (Eligibility):

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant background).
• Experience: 0 to 1+ years of experience in CAD training, design engineering, or relevant industry experience (Freshers with strong software skills and teaching passion can also apply).
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CATIA is mandatory. Knowledge of analysis tools like ANSYS is an added advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good command of Tamil and English.
