Software Validation Engineer

MTA is looking for Software Validation Engineer to join the R&D team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and requirements review;
• Test protocol definition and execution for checking the system functionalities;
• Trace and analyze the test results;
• Bug-tracking (i.e. JIRA or RedMine);
• Requirement management and traceability (i.e. DOORS);
  Requirements:
• Master/Engineer degree in Electrical and Computer Science Engineering or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in software verification and validation in real-time/embedded contexts;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in automotive, aerospace or rail industry;
• Knowledge of black-box and white-box testing methodologies;
• CAN/LIN bus knowledge;
• Preferred knowledge of CAN tools such as Vector suite (i.e. CANalyzer or CANoe);
• Knowledge of ASPICE/CMMI processes;
• Knowledge of MATLAB, Stateflow and Simulink modelling systems;
• Nice to have knowledge of the Safety (Functional Safety) standard;
• Nice to have knowledge of the Cyber Security standard;
