The Opportunity

Geneva Technologies Inc. (GTI) is seeking interns, part-time, and full-time candidates in the Software, Computer, and Electrical Engineering disciplines to join our aerospace engineering team! This broad based, hands-on, position requires intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle ill-defined problems with solid engineering practices. Engineers who can communicate and serve as effective team contributors and with a desire to work and learn in a smaller corporate environment are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will work independently to research, design, develop, deploy and support software, hardware, and embedded products. In addition to developing hard and soft products. This candidate will be coached, mentored with a path to leading projects such as:

• Embedded and PC based industrial automation and data collection software
• GitHub and Amazon Cloud services configuration and maintenance
• Google Cloud services configuration and maintenance
• PCB Development, from concept through schematic capture, layout, fabrication and test
• Data analysis using Python, NumPy, and / or MATLAB
• FPGA design and development to include HDL and/or schematic based IP integration
• Embedded software to include register level work on a variety of micro controllers and processors

Education/Experience:

• BSCS, BSCE, BSEE or equivalent / relevant work experience

Qualifications:

• CS / Comp Eng
• C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Java, XML
• SVN, GitHub, Perforce
• Network Administration
• EE
• PCB layout and design
• Analog circuits
• Radio Frequency engineering, DSP, Filters, software defined radio
• Data analysis and scripting skills are desired to include Matlab and/or Python programming skills is desired
• Some travel required, less than 5%
• US Citizen is required

Benefits / Compensation:

• For full-time employees, GTI offers 3 weeks PTO in addition to company standard holidays. GTI offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability. GTI provides and matches funds to a SIMPLE IRA.
• 80,000–90,000 USD per year, depending on the level of experience and qualifications of the candidate, the compensation package for this position may be adjusted.
