软件/固件工程师 Software/Firmware Enginner

• Deep understanding experience in product life cycle development of Floorcare, Aircare or related product from concept to mass production
• Collaborate with cross-functional on firmware design specification requirements based on inputs from CD, Marketing and TTL
• Complete code, unit test writing, debugging, testing and maintenance according to software requirements and software design specifications
• Develop and maintain documentation of software and specifications through engineering version control.
• Conduct detailed design review. Closely monitor progress and publish status report timely to the team
• Lead firmware development planning, implementation, documentation, bring up, basic function validation, bug clarification, bug fix and maintenance after mass production
• Provide expertise support to Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier and TTL for detailed system level design proposal.
• Utilize strong awareness of technology to recommend new features ideas, technologies and design methodology
• Responsible for firmware development and operation and maintenance of IoT devices (New product firmware development, factory production, deployment and maintenance).
• Participate in the establishment of excellent software engineering practices, continuously optimize and refactor code to ensure code maintainability.
• Analyse and solve problems in the software development process.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years relevant work experience in computer or electronics engineering
• Proficiency on C/C++ language, familiar with "script" language, Keil and IAR, visual studio and mongoose
• Familiar with wireless protocol such as BLE, WIFI and common device interface such as I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Familiar with RTOS based multi-thread development, with FreeRTOS and Linux development experience is preferred.
• Familiar with TCP/IP network development, with AWS cloud access development experience is preferred.
• Strong motivation for software technology, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Electronic Systems design, Troubleshooting, Testing Design, Reliability and accelerated testing.
• Familiar with Battery management system, Embedded Systems, Analog Design, Schematics, Printed Circuit Boards, Power Electronics. Industrial control or robotic design as a plus.
• Communications protocol experience (i.e. TCP/IP, UART, SPI, I2C, USB)
• Good communication and written in English.

PREFERRED

• Have hands on experience and track record in firmware development that fulfills the product requirement or resolves technical challenge in a project
• Develop electronics for interactive product functionality, including user interface and wireless communication capabilities
• Establish a platform approach to electronics that meets cost and feature requirements for products at multiple price points and feature sets
• Continuously improve tools and best practices for electronics development, digital and wireless / RF design
• Familiarity with Connected devices / IOT
• Embedded microcontroller system design experience, utilizing on-chip peripherals and sub-systems

职位要求

• 本科以上学历，至少3年计算机或电子工程相关工作经验 2.熟练使用C/ c++语言，熟悉“脚本”语言，熟悉Keil和IAR，熟悉visual studio和mongoose 3.熟悉BLE、WIFI等无线协议，熟悉I2C、SPI、UART等常用设备接口。 4.熟悉基于RTOS的多线程开发，有FreeRTOS和Linux开发经验者优先。 5.熟悉TCP/IP网络开发，有AWS云接入开发经验者优先。 6.对软件技术有较强的积极性，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，优秀的分析和解决问题的能力。 7.熟悉电子系统设计、故障排除、测试设计、可靠性和加速测试。 8.熟悉电池管理系统，嵌入式系统，模拟设计，原理图，印刷电路板，电力电子。工业控制或机器人设计优先。 9.通信协议经验(如TCP/IP, UART, SPI, I2C, USB) 10.良好的沟通能力和英语写作能力。
