SoftWave Therapy Technician/Office Support

Abercrombie Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, reliable, and versatile team member to primarily work as a SoftWave Therapy Technician while also helping with marketing and front desk support as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients but also wants variety in their role. We're looking for someone who can become an essential part of our team and grow with our practice over time.

WHAT IS SOFTWAVE?

SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technologies (TRT) uses acoustic wave technology as a non-invasive therapy designed to support the body's natural healing and recovery processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DOSoftWave Therapy

• Perform SoftWave treatments according to training and protocols
• Explain treatments and answer patient questions
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns to the clinical team
• Document treatments accurately
• Clean and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Create a welcoming patient experience

Office Support

• Assist with social media by helping capture fun photos and videos for content
• Assist the front desk with patient flow and office duties
• Support the chiropractor and team as needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with patients
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
• Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Interested in social media, and content creation
• A strong communicator and team player
• Interested in health, wellness, fitness, rehabilitation, or patient care

SoftWave experience is a plus—but NOT required. We will train the right person!

Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, healthcare, fitness, wellness, customer service, administration, or patient care is a bonus.

Locations: Danville/Fremont, CA (Need someone who will travel to both locations)

Employment: Part-Time, up to 25 hours/week

Pay: Starting at $20/hour with potential to grow
