SOHO - Head Chef

If you're an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in exceptional food and loves leading and developing a strong team, we'd love to hear from you.

Working closely with our Venue Manager and wider leadership team, you'll take ownership of the kitchen, driving food quality, consistency, presentation and kitchen performance while creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

About the Role:
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring our kitchen team while maintaining the highest standards across our food offering.
You'll bring creativity, organisation and strong leadership to the role, with a focus on:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a talented kitchen team
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation
• Managing kitchen operations in a busy breakfast, lunch and dinner environment
• Working closely with management on menu development and seasonal specials
• Managing food costs, ordering, stock control and kitchen budgets
• Ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance
• Creating a positive, professional and energetic kitchen culture
• Ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience
