Are you an experienced appointment setter looking for a structured, high-commission opportunity? EPC Contractors is hiring Solar Sales Appointment Setters for targeted door-to-door appointment setting in residential areas. While we still offer other products to sell, this is for those who specialize in Solar!

Unlike typical door-knock companies that hit 50-100+ doors daily, we provide a niche, high-efficiency model. Our system is built for quality appointments with genuinely interested prospects — not volume-based door knocking. You're an appointment specialist, not a general solicitor.

What You'll Do:

• Execute targeted door-to-door appointment setting (NOT closing)
• Work with 12-15 pre-qualified homes daily (not 50-100 random doors)
• Present solar solutions and schedule qualified appointments for closers
• Use our proprietary system to ensure every conversation is genuinely targeted
• Build rapport and qualify leads for our closing team
• Expected: 3-5 appointments set per day

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced appointment setter with proven track record
• Expert at qualifying leads and scheduling commitments
• Ability to follow our proven system and process
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills
• Coachable and detail-oriented

Compensation Options:

• Option 1: Base + Commission - $500/week base pay plus commission per appointment set, benefits after 45 days
• Option 2: Commission-Only - Higher commission percentage per deal, flexible earning potential
• Draft Pay- Pull from a Percentage of Your Commissions

Requirements:

Pay: $3,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
