Solar Consultant

ROLE SUMMARY

Drive solar customer acquisition and sales conversion by understanding customer requirements, presenting appropriatesolar solutions, managing opportunities and coordinating with pre-sales, technical and project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound enquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, field activity and approved channels.
• Understand electricity usage, site conditions, budget, customer objectives and purchase timelines.
• Present suitable solar PV solutions, configurations, commercial proposals and value propositions in a consultative manner.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and project teams for site surveys, feasibility inputs, quotations and closure.
• Maintain disciplined customer follow-ups and accurate CRM / pipeline updates.
• Handle customer queries, objections and commercial discussions within approved company guidelines.
• Track opportunities from first contact through proposal, order confirmation and handover to execution.
• Prepare periodic sales activity, pipeline and conversion reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in any discipline; Engineering, Business, Commerce or Marketing backgrounds are acceptable.
• Freshers may be considered where communication ability, learning agility and interest in renewable energy are strong.
• Relevant experience in solar, electrical products, EPC, B2B/B2C sales or technical consulting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
