A&J Sunpro is hiring motivated individuals to join our solar and roofing sales team. No sales experience is required. We provide training to help you learn, grow, and succeed.

Career Opportunities

● Solar Sales Consultant: Meet with homeowners, present solar and roofing options, and close sales.

● Team Leader: Qualify by closing eight deals in one month and earn additional income from team sales.

● Manager: Qualify by closing 15 deals per month for two consecutive months and earn additional income from team production.

Building a team is optional, but leadership can create more opportunities to grow and earn.
