JD_Solar Design Engineering Lead
Plant architecture; layouts; SLD; DC/AC ratio; equipment selection; yield inputs; approvals; design coordination.
Technical owner of solar projects from tender design through detailed engineering and as-built.
Qualification-
B.E./ B. Tech - Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
Postgraduate renewable-energy qualification desirable. Strong PVsyst and solar design understanding.
Experience-
812 years, with 5+ years in utility-scale/large C&I solar EPC engineering.
Job responsibilities-
- Own design basis and complete technical architecture of solar projects.
- Module/inverter selection, DC/AC ratio, plant layout, SLD and evacuation concept.
- Coordinate electrical, civil/structural, SCADA, earthing and lightning engineering.
- Review PVsyst/yield inputs and optimisation options.
- Lead customer/consultant technical submissions and approvals.
- Conduct design reviews and release construction/as-built packages.
- Support tender engineering, procurement technical evaluation and site technical issues.
- Drive project-specific value engineering without compromising performance/compliance.
