What they need
Responsible for designing and engineering on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar PV systems.
- PV system sizing, load calculations, battery sizing and equipment selection. Prepare SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, BOQ and technical specifications. Conduct site surveys and evaluate shading, orientation and installation requirements. Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with clients, suppliers and project teams. Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and project requirements.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering; solar PV design experience; AutoCAD and PVsyst knowledge; good understanding of LV systems, protection, earthing and batteries.
