The work
No two days look the same. You'll get stuck into:

• On-grid residential and commercial installs, with and without battery storage
• Off-grid systems, often in remote parts of the Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough Sounds, and West Coast regions
• Some sites only reachable by boat or helicopter
• A genuine variety of projects that will keep you learning

Who we're after

• NZ Qualified Electrician
• NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Hard-working, takes real pride in their craft
• Keen to learn and grow in the solar industry — previous solar experience isn't essential, attitude is
• Comfortable giving and taking a bit of banter — we're a close-knit crew and we have a laugh
• A love of the outdoors is a big plus — if you're into fishing or hunting, you'll fit right in with the team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and happy to travel for remote jobs
