Solar Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Solar Engineer to join our team at Stergy Cleantech Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site surveys, design, briefing, and quality control processes.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of services and optimize processes.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
• ​Ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field)
• ​Minimum 1 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• ​Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• ​Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• ​Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Solar Work: 1 year (Preferred)
