Job Summary

We are looking for a Solar Electrical Manager who will lead and support solar energy projects, from technical design and site evaluation to installation and commissioning. The ideal candidate has strong electrical engineering expertise, solar energy knowledge, and managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering
• With at least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience
• With experience or strong knowledge in Solar Energy / Renewable Energy
• With experience in electrical systems
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage
• Willing to conduct field work and site visits
• Strong technical, project management, and communication skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and recommend solar energy solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical evaluations
• Prepare electrical computations, layouts, technical documents, and project proposals
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams
• Supervise solar installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Participate in product presentations and business development activities
• Help establish and grow the Solar Energy Business of Multi-Line
• Develop, guide, and supervise team members when appointed as team leader
• Ensure projects comply with technical, safety, and quality requirements
• Provide technical support and recommendations throughout project implementation
