Solar Installer

In this hands-on position, you'll be installing solar panels, wiring, and helping with maintenance and troubleshooting. This work helps New Zealanders save on energy costs and supports a more sustainable future. What you will be doing:

• Installing solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems safely and efficiently
• Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining high safety standards and following all site and company procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Taking pride in your workmanship and representing the company positively on every site
• Being proactive in problem-solving and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace
• Travelling to various job sites around the region as required

Pay Rate:

• $35.00 to $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work
• Physically fit and confident working at heights and outdoors in all weather
• Full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to read and follow site plans, diagrams, and safety instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand
