What You'll Do

• Install residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems according to engineered plans and manufacturer specifications.
• Assemble and mount solar panels, racking systems, and related equipment.
• Follow electrical, building, and safety codes to ensure quality installations.
• Measure, layout, and install equipment with precision.
• Work alongside a skilled team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience installing solar PV systems is required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and hand/power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineered drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Dedication to safety and following company procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, crouch, and perform physically demanding work.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Enphase Certification is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade school or technical training is a plus.
• Previous solar, roofing, electrical, or construction experience is required.
