Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, safety focused Solar Installers to join our growing installation team. Installers work under the direction of a Lead Installer to complete high-quality residential and commercial solar installations.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground mount solar systems, including racking, rails, modules, and wire management
• Perform solar panel removal and reinstallation for roofing projects
• Follow the Lead Installer’s direction and company installation standards on every project
• Document completed work with photos in CompanyCam
• Follow all fall protection, ladder, and job site safety requirements
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the customer’s property

Qualifications

• Solar installation experience preferred; roofing or construction experience considered
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Dependable, punctual, and open to training
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
