Solar Installer

Solar Energy Systems, LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Solar Installers to join our growing team!

We work on a variety of projects, including large commercial solar systems, residential installations, off-grid systems, and custom RV solar installations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work well with others, and are motivated to grow their skills.

No previous solar experience is required! We are willing to train the right person who shows initiative, dependability, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components on residential and commercial projects.
• Assemble mounting hardware and follow installation plans and layouts.
• Assist with electrical wiring, conduit installation, and wire management.
• Safely lift, position, and secure solar panels and equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of existing solar systems.
• Gather and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and take pride in quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general jobsite safety.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Previous experience in solar installation, electrical work, roofing, or construction.
• Basic understanding of AC and DC electrical systems.
• Experience operating construction equipment or working on job sites.
