What they need
Role & responsibilities
* 15+ years experience in Utility-Scale Solar / Renewable Energy / Power Generation / Major Infrastructure
* Strong experience in Solar EPC Projects through Construction, Commissioning & Handover
* Experience in Programme Management / Technical Governance / Client Advisory
* Strong knowledge of Utility-Scale Solar PV, Grid Interconnection, Substations & Transmission
* Experience in EPC Delivery, Project Controls, Risk Management & Contract Administration
* Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary interface coordination
Preferred candidate profile
* Provide programme-level governance and oversight of Solar EPC contractors
* Monitor EPC performance, schedule, quality, commissioning & ESG commitments
* Handle technical escalations, project risks and critical interface issues
* Coordinate Solar, Grid, BESS, Substation & common infrastructure interfaces
* Assess construction, commissioning, energization & handover readiness
* Review recovery plans, performance testing and milestone achievement
* Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for client/management
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and PMO teams
