Responsibilities:

• Finding potential customers through field marketing, referrals, social media, networking, and calls.
• Explaining solar solutions in terms customers understand—especially cost savings, reliable power, and system benefits.
• Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Following up with leads and negotiating prices.
• Closing sales and meeting monthly targets.
• Maintaining customer relationships and generating referrals.
• Working with technical/installation teams to ensure the customer's system matches what was sold

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of BSC.
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
