Solar Operations Coordinator- International

We’re looking for a technically strong solar professional who understands US solar operations from the inside out and can translate project requirements into accurate, execution-ready solutions.

This is not an entry-level coordination role. We need someone who can work confidently across solar system design, site assessment, sizing, technical documentation, and project support while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform String Sizing and Battery Sizing based on project requirements.
• Evaluate Panel Compatibility and ensure technically appropriate system configurations.
• Conduct and analyze site inspections, preparing clear technical reports.
• Prepare accurate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Bill of Material (BOM) documentation.
• Support solar projects through technical coordination, documentation, and operational follow-up.
• Review project requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with US solar industry practices.

Required Software Expertise

• Hands-on proficiency with:
• Helioscope
• PV Syst
• OpenSolar

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous professional experience specifically involving US solar operations.
• Practical understanding of US solar project workflows, technical requirements, and operational processes.

Critical Requirement

• Direct US solar industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates without previous hands-on experience in US solar operations will not be considered. This is an essential requirement, not a preferred qualification.
