Solar panel cleaner/Landscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Panel Cleaner to join our renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and optimal performance of solar panels installed on various residential, commercial and industrial sites. Your energetic approach will ensure that solar systems operate at peak efficiency, contributing to sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities

• Safely access rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel installations using appropriate safety equipment and techniques.
• Clean solar panels thoroughly using hand tools, power tools, and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove dirt, debris, and other obstructions.
• Inspect panels for damage, dirt buildup, or shading issues that could affect performance.
• Follow safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, including adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Support other construction or roofing activities as needed, including fixture installation or minor repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and any identified concerns for ongoing system performance.

Requirements

• The main job entails solar panel bird proofing, cleaning out bird droppings and nests from under solar panels and installing bird mesh around panels And cleaning solar panels. we also do weed abatement for large solar farms, clean windows, gutters, pressure washing and more.
• must be willing to travel and stay out of town for days at a time for commercial projects
• Prior experience working on construction sites or roofing environments is highly desirable.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding high voltage and low voltage systems, schematics, and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and safety procedures related to electrical work.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, roofing techniques, plumbing basics, and fixture installation is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other construction equipment safely is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions while climbing roofs or working at heights.
• Construction or commercial electrician experience will be considered an asset.
