Job Summary:
The Solar Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing solar energy projects from initial development through construction, commissioning, and project closeout. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage solar PV projects from planning and design through installation and commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise site activities and monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, electrical equipment, and other materials.
• Monitor project costs and control variations and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project turnover.
• Resolve technical, construction, and coordination issues during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience managing solar PV or renewable-energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, construction processes, and project management.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contractor management.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable Philippine electrical, construction, safety, and permitting requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or similar software is an advantage.
• Preferred Experience:

Typically 3–7+ years of project management experience, preferably with utility-scale, commercial/industrial, or rooftop solar PV projects.

• Willing to work full-time
• Amenable to work in Congressional Quezon City
• Can Start ASAP

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
