Solar PV Installer

Join COMMSEC, INC. as a Solar PV Installer and be part of our team working on solar projects across South Luzon and NCR.

Key responsibilities

• Install solar photovoltaic panels, inverters, mounting systems, and related electrical components according to design specifications and safety standards

• Conduct site assessments and measurements to determine optimal placement and configuration of solar PV systems

• Perform electrical connections and wiring installations, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and industry regulations

• Test and commission newly installed solar PV systems to verify functionality and performance

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations to ensure optimal efficiency

• Troubleshoot system faults and technical issues, documenting problems and solutions for future reference

• Collaborate with team members, project supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and quality completion of projects

• Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in solar energy

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or vocational qualification in electrical work or a related field

• Proven experience as a solar PV installer

• Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical components, and installation procedures

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

• Working knowledge of electrical safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
