Everflow Renewables Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Solar PV Installer to join our professional team in Lincoln, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

We're offering a salary of £35,000–£42,000 per year per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, together with a company van, uniform, permanent employment, pension, annual leave and genuine opportunities to develop your career within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Installing Solar PV mounting systems and panels to a high professional standard
• Accurately setting out and positioning solar arrays across a variety of roof types
• Leading or supporting the roofing team throughout installation projects
• Ensuring all installations are safe, secure, compliant and professionally finished
• Working safely at height and following all company health and safety procedures
• Taking clear, accurate site photographs and maintaining installation evidence
• Identifying and resolving roofing or installation issues efficiently on site
• Taking care to protect customers’ homes, roofs and property throughout the installation
• Maintaining clean, safe and well-organised working areas
• Communicating professionally and effectively with customers, colleagues and the office team

What We’re Looking For:

· A minimum of two years’ experience in roofing, solar PV or a related renewable energy installation role

· Previous experience working safely and confidently on residential properties

· Comfortable and competent working at height

· A keen eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work

· A hardworking, proactive attitude and willingness to get the job done

· Ability to work well independently as well as alongside a wider installation team

· Dependable, well-organised and professional in your approach

· Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude

· A full UK driving licence is essential

Experience & Qualifications That Would Be an Advantage

The following skills and qualifications would be beneficial, but they are not essential as full training and support can be provided:

• Previous experience installing Solar PV systems
• A recognised Working at Height qualification
• IPAF and/or PASMA certification
• A valid ECS or CSCS card
• Familiarity with a range of domestic roofing materials and systems
• Previous experience in commercial roofing or solar PV installation
