Solar PV Installer

As we expand, we are looking for a skilled solar PV installer who takes real pride in their craft. Most of our work is domestic, within a 1-hour radius of Melksham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting roof hooks, rails and mounting systems on a range of roof types, and making good any tiles or slates
• Installing solar panels neatly and securely
• Routing DC cables from panels to the inverter
• Help with installing Solar PV inverters and Battery storage systems
• Ensuring all installations conform to MCS standards
• Collaborating with our electricians to ensure the whole installation progresses smoothly
• Leaving every customer's home clean and tidy, and treating it with respect
• Assisting with installing other renewable energy devices, such as EV chargers and backup gateways

You should have:

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Proven experience installing solar PV panels on domestic roofs
• Confident working at height and familiar with scaffold and roof safety
• A genuine passion for renewable energy and high-quality finishes

No electrical qualifications are required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
