We're looking for self-driven, experienced solar sales professionals to join us as independent agent.

• This is a great fit if you want to maximise your income and already know the solar space well enough to hit the ground running.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and closing your own leads, with the flexibility to also work leads passed on by the team.
• Negotiating price, volume, and contract terms directly with customers.
• Coordinating with internal departments (technical, financial, commercial) to resolve customer objections and close deals.
• Following up on your own orders and payments through to completion.
• Representing the Solar Lane brand professionally with new and existing accounts.
• Operating within Solar Lane's internal processes and relevant industry regulations.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in solar industry sales - this is non-negotiable; we're looking for agents who already know the product, the market, and how to sell it.
• A proven track record of sales success within South Africa or an equivalent international market.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
