• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce solar solutions
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar energy
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Build strong communication and customer service skills
• Work alongside experienced leaders who provide training, coaching, and support
• Develop sales skills with opportunities for career growth and advancement

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
