Solar Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar project sales and a background in any engineering discipline. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for solar energy solutions while meeting assigned sales quotas. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including homeowners, businesses, and commercial entities.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project plans tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution from sale to installation.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and potential repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Proven experience in solar project sales or renewable energy sales.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office tools is an advantage.
