Solar Sales coordinator

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
• Track leads, quotations, orders, payments, and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical, installation, purchase, accounts, and operations teams.
• Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and sales appointments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications and sales documentation.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to the concerned departments.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations and business proposals.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
